Pam O. – Dental Hygienist
With nearly 40 years of experience as a dental hygienist, Pam is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care with a focus on gum disease treatment and overall oral health. She graduated from the University of Texas Dental School in 1988 and has been a valued member of the Mission Hill Dental team for almost 20 years. Pam takes pride in delivering thorough, high-quality care and is passionate about being part of a dental team that stays at the forefront of modern dentistry. Her commitment to excellence has been recognized by the New Braunfels community, as she was voted “Best Registered Dental Hygienist” by the Herald-Zeitung for two years. Outside of the office, Pam loves spending time with her two daughters, traveling, and enjoying time with family and friends.
Steve B. – Dental Hygienist
Steve graduated with honors from the Dental Hygiene Program at Concorde Career College in San Antonio, where he also served as a program ambassador. A proud U.S. Marine veteran, Steve completed two deployments to Afghanistan. Passionate about patient education, he strives to empower individuals to achieve and maintain lifelong oral health. He is actively involved in the American Dental Hygienists’ Association. Outside of work, Steve enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and making memories with his wife and two children.
Erika P. – Practice Manager and Dental Assistant
With over 20 years of experience in the dental field, Erika is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental care. Her extensive career has allowed her to gain expertise in both clinical and administrative roles, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the patient experience. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and Spanish, Erika takes pride in connecting with a diverse range of patients, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their dental journey. She is committed to providing excellent care and fostering a positive, stress-free environment for every patient who walks through the doors.
May G. – Lead Dental Assistant
Born and raised in the Philippines, May developed a deep appreciation for the culinary arts, leading her to complete her education in Culinary Arts in Manila, Philippines. Her passion for cooking remains a significant part of her life. After moving to Texas, May pursued a stable and rewarding career in dentistry, earning her dental assistant certification. She now combines her meticulous attention to detail from both disciplines to provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and well-being during every procedure.
Kim – Dental Assistant
Born and raised in Plainview, Texas, Kimberly took her passion for dentistry to the next level by attending Lubbock Dental Assistant School. In 2021, she made the move to San Antonio, where she’s been dedicated to helping others achieve confident, radiant smiles ever since.
When she’s not in the office, Kimberly loves making unforgettable memories with her daughter, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and soaking up the great outdoors. Whether it’s on the field or in the sunshine, she’s all about embracing life with energy and enthusiasm!
Desiree – Dental Hygienist
Desiree Reed is a dedicated dental hygienist from Southern California with a passion for patient care and promoting lifelong oral health. She is married to a United States Marine and is a proud mother of two, balancing family life with her professional commitment to helping others maintain confident, healthy smiles. Known for her compassionate approach and attention to detail, Desiree takes pride in creating a comfortable experience for every patient she serves.
