Dr. Horacio Lucero graduated from Bastrop High School and Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from Northwestern University in Chicago before being commissioned into the United States Navy.
Dr. David Chacon graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Psychology and Minor in Chemistry. He then attended Northwestern University in Chicago where he earned his D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery) and afterward was commissioned into the United States Navy.
